Racefit has given me the training I need in the specific areas used in motorsport. Before I came to Peter, I was training in my local gym on my own, not really knowing the best workouts and program for my sport. Since I have been training with Racefit, I have achieved fitness goals that have not only made me fitter, but made my driving more consistent for a longer period of time. ImageHey Pete just got back from the first round of the western region series @ Warrnambool, and didn’t get the results I wanted but got the overall results that I wanted.

4 out of my 4 races I got the worst starts and was at the tail end of the field every time, but I put my head down and went to work. My first race I worked my way from 10th to 5th, second race was dead last (15th) after a hold up in the first turn and charged my way back to 7th. Last two were pretty much the same, just doing a whole lot of chasing. Five laps just weren’t enough to catch the front runners.

The thing that just blew my away was my fitness level, it was through the roof! I have only done the hit program for 3weeks b4 my race however the results were totally amazing. After all the chasing that I had done throughout the race at the race finish I was feeling strong. And it has given me a huge confidence boost coming up to the Ararat open this weekend.

Thank you so much Pete for all the advice you have given me, my results speak for themselves, you the man! So for now I’m going to stick with the program you have set for me for the next month.

Thanks again Pete you are making me an athlete and I thank you.

I've trained with Pete Schafer for over 2 years, and can recommend him as a "gun" in his field. Pete has a great knowledge of physiology, as well as the methods needed to get people to be their best. I have a number of chronic injuries which have hampered me, but Pete has always come up with programs to work around them. The fact that I'm 45, and never been fitter or stronger, is a great credit to Pete!
